All shipments will be shipping from Los Angeles, via UPS mail, on normal business days (not including weekends or holidays).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, Pretti Petals arrangements are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We only accept replacements for damaged arrangements.
We understand that damages may occur during the shipping process. If your arrangement arrives damaged, contact us within 24-48 hours. Please email us your order number, full name, address, a description of what happened, and photos of your damaged package to email@example.com. Our team will review and resolve the issue.
